Terms & Conditions

By booking and purchasing massage services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Booking

  • ​All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the website or approved booking channels.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successfully completed.

  • Please ensure all personal and contact information provided is accurate.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment (or required deposit, if applicable) is due at the time of scheduled booking.

  • I accept major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash as payment at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the service price).

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.

  • Full payment will still be required regardless of shortened service time.

5. Health & Medical Conditions

  • You agree to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns prior to your session.

  • Massage services are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to your health or safety.

6. Professional Conduct

  • My services are strictly professional and therapeutic.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

7. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion due to illness or exceptional circumstances.

8. Liability Waiver

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily receiving massage therapy and assume all risks associated with the treatment.

  • I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from services provided, except where required by law.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
