Cancellations and Refunds

At Attune and Bloom Bodywork, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not incur any charge.

• Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), will be charged 100% of the service cost, as this time cannot be rebooked on short notice.

Exceptions: In the case of illness or emergency circumstances, please text or call me as soon as possible in order to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment if less than 24 hours than your scheduled appointment time.
