Welcome, and thank you for being here!
​Before we jump into booking your first session, I like to take a little time to get to know you and your needs. I’ll ask you to fill out an intake form so I can better understand your body, any areas of concern, and how I can best support you.
Once I’ve had a chance to review it, I’ll personally reach out—either by text or a quick call—to go over anything important and get you scheduled for your first appointment.
