Cancellations and Refunds

At Attune and Bloom Bodywork, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not incur any charge.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), will be charged 100% of the service cost, as this time cannot be rebooked on short notice.

Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies and sudden illness can happen. In these cases, the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion. Please notify me as soon as possible if such a situation occurs via text or call in order to make arrangements to your booking as soon as possible.
By booking an appointment with Attune and Bloom, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

First Time Client Bookings

I prioritize providing safe, personalized, and effective care for every client.
​
All first-time clients at Attune and Bloom Bodywork are required to complete and submit an intake form before accessing our booking platform. This helps ensure your session is safe, personalized, and aligned with your needs.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your intake form to be reviewed and approved. Once approved, I will contact you directly with next steps to schedule your first session.

Appointments booked without completing the required intake may be cancelled.

Returning clients who have already completed an initial session may book appointments subject to availability via our online booking platform.
