Manual Lymphatic Massage (MLM) is a gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork designed to support the natural function of the lymphatic system. Using light pressure and slow, intentional movements, this technique encourages the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body, helping to reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote overall balance and relaxation. Unlike traditional massage, Manual Lymphatic Massage does not work deeply into muscles. Instead, it focuses on the superficial lymph vessels just beneath the skin, making it especially beneficial for individuals experiencing fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, inflammation, or feelings of heaviness or fatigue. Clients often describe the experience as deeply calming and restorative. Best for improving circulation, improving lymphatic flow, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for: A full refund, or The option to reschedule your appointment Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will: Be charged a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the service cost). If cancellation is due to illness or extreme events, you will be eligible for a refund or payment may be applied to a future service. If needing to cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, please text or call at 206-705-4077 in order to make necessary arrangements for your upcoming appointment as soon as possible. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service charge.
